> There is a one time install fee of $215 for all new accounts due immediately upon successful install. This includes required customer premises equipment and site survey. Additional equipment or facilities needed to achieve optimal signal strength, such as an antenna or custom mount, are not included in the install fee.
> Automatic monthly billing via credit/debit card is required at the time of sign up.
> By signing up for and using our service you agree to our terms of service and acceptable use policy.
> If you are not happy with our service within the first 30 days, for any reason, we will refund the install fee and terminate service at no charge. We do not require a contract to provide service. We do not cap data.

Codex is a "Fixed Wireless" internet service provider, not:
Satellite
While satellite has a virtually 100% coverage area, “high speed’ broadband is not the reality. Fixed wireless does not originate from a satellite.
Mobile Broadband
If you live close enough to a cellular tower, a mobile “hotspot” may work well for you… until your data is capped. You will not be served from a cellular tower.
WiFi
You will most certainly have a home WiFi network with our service. However, fixed wireless is not itself WiFi, meaning that you will not be connecting to a WiFi signal from some remote tower or facility.

Codex Streaming Company is a local, family owned internet service provider. We founded Codex with the goal of providing reliable broadband to the most remote “last mile” locations. Broadband that enables you to not only surf the internet, but to stream your favorite content when you want, where you want.
We believe that once and for all, internet can be made available to everyone at an affordable rate. It is possible by the means of fixed wireless. This method can reach the most far-flung regions that large traditional ISPs have refused to reach due to the cost of deploying copper and fiber infrastructure.
Along with providing reliable and high performance broadband, we will excel in an area that traditional ISPs do not: customer care. Since we are local, we will have a presence in your community, make ourselves available and communicate our expansion plans and vision effectively.

Can You Stream?
Thank you for your interest in our service! Please complete and submit the streaming request form. We will review your information and follow up with you. A site survey is required in order to confirm that service is feasible at your location. Please note that unobstructed line of sight is essential to providing reliable service. If this cannot be achieved at your location, recommendations will be made to help you get it. If you are within our service territory, we will reach out to you and schedule a survey.
Our initial service territory is Turners Station, Ky but we hope to expand! If you are not located in the vicinity of Turners Station but do not have a reliable internet service provider please let us know by completing the form. This will help us discover areas most in need as we develop our expansion plan.
